Jedes Jahr stehe ich zu Beginn der Ballsaison stehe ich vor derselben Frage - oder sollte ich besser sagen, vor meinem Kleiderschrank?: Was ziehe ich nur an?!
Ich denke jedes Mädchen liebt es, sich wenigstens einmal im Jahr so richtig hübsch zu machen, da bin ich auch keine Ausnahme, auch wenn ich sonst nicht so der Kleidchen-Typ bin. Etuikleid, gerne. Aber das mit dem Chiffon und Feenzeugs, das überlasse ich dann doch lieber Casey. Und wegen Casey ist mir die Auswahl heuer um einiges leichter gefallen, weil ich mich schon seit längerem (klick!) in dieses Kleid verliebt habe und wusste, dass ich es unbedingt anziehen muss. Es sieht nicht nur gut aus, sondern ist einfach auch total bequem.
Aber ich stand vor dem nächsten Problem: Schuhe. Ich mag Pumps wirklich gerne, aber irgendwie kann ich sie nicht tragen, zumindest nicht lange. Nach einiger Zeit beginne ich rauszurutschen - man sollte meinen, Füße schwellen mit der Zeit ja an und werden dicker, aber nein - und verliere sie ständig. Deshalb ziehe ich auf einem Ball, wo man meistens ja viel geht, bestimmt keine mehr an.
Zurzeit liebe ich diese Schuhe einfach so sehr. Die Bestellung war eher ein Zufall und ich konnte mich fast nicht überwinden, aber dann waren sie auf Amazon auch bei meinen Vorschlägen und noch dazu reduziert. Ich konnte nicht widerstehen.
Auch wenn sie nicht besonders Ball-tauglich sind, finde ich, dass sie der Kontrast zum zarten Kleidchen einfach perfekt für mich ist. Ich bin ja sonst eher selten so mädchenhaft unterwegs.
Was sagt ihr dazu? Lieber klassisches Prinzessinnen-Balloutfit oder setzt ihr auch lieber auf coole Kontraste?

It's the same decision every year, when we go to prom: What should I wear?!
Like every girl I like it to dress quite pretty, at least once in a year. Pinned-up hairstyle, buy a new dress - you know this. But this year I made the choice quite quickly, because I've fallen in love with Casey's dress and I knew I had to wear it. It does not only look good, it's also comfortable.
But then there was the next problem: Shoes. I really like pumps but somehow I can't wear them too long. After some time I slip out - one might think feet are getting bigger in uncomfortable shoes, but no... - and lose them constantly. Because of that I never wear pumps again at prom, where you always run around.
At the moment I love these shoes so much. The order was rather a coincident and I hardly could overcome myself, but then they also were on amazon at my suggestions and were also reduced. Then I couldn't resist.
Even if they aren't that perfect for a ball, I think they match quite well to the whole outfit in general.
What do you think of it? Rather a classic ball outfit or would you also wear something like this?
