OUTFIT | I'm my own boyfriend.

outfit boyfriend style

The whole thing with „boyfriends“ started early, in the kindergarten. My parents love telling the story, when Dad wanted to pick me up from school and M, my sandbox love, didn’t want to let me go home with him. And nothing changed about it, boys remained the biggest topic point. Okay, better said, we changed the names for them. Sometimes we gave them silly nicks or foolish abbreviations, then we just said “guy” or “sweetheart”.

Then puberty came and this – basically all – type of boyfriends was off the cards. Until I’ve got a crush. And now I’m able to say “That’s my boyfriend.” I already told you everything about the wide fitted favourites of the fashion world here – and here that I found my perfect pair of them. What’s a month ago! So I guess it’s time to introduce them officially: Here they are!

To combine them I choose the classic good old white blouse, albeit a number too large. In my point of view, in this way it isn’t too feminine and it isn’t too masculine what perfectly supports these kind of jeans, like my new lace-up flats. So I don’t need a boyfriend anymore – I’m my own. I do like the combination with heels and a nice crop top too, but guys: We nearly have summer and I don’t like going for a walk in high heels and with bare midriff.

What do you think about my boyfriends? Would you also combine them boyish or do you prefer the girly way to wear such jeans?
