Flashback Friday #22

W H A T ' S  N E W

Sanremo war großartig - unser erster Strandurlaub, wir waren beide das erste Mal in Italien. Wir haben uns einen ganzen halben Tag gelangweilt und am Pool in der Sonne gelegen. Und haben uns ein wenig Farbe auf der Haut zugelegt und sehen nicht mehr ganz so aus wie blasse Geister. Zurück im Alltag zu sein ist zwar echt hart - aber wir können wieder selbst kochen und lassen nicht Tripadvisor entscheiden, wer unser Abendessen kocht. Und Casey ist glücklich wieder Knäckebrot mit Avocado frühstücken zu können.

Sanremo was great - our first beach holiday, we both were in Italy for the first time. We fet bored one half of a day and we were laying at the pool in the sun. And we got a little bit of colour on our skin and don't look so pale anymore. Going back to the daily routine is really hard - but we can cook again and don't let Tripadvisor make the decision who is cooking our dinner. And Casey is so glad about having her crisp bread with avocado again for breakfast.

S E E N

Gar nichts - es war so schön, den Fernseher mal auszulassen, nicht dauernd aufs Handy zu schauen, mehr Zeit an der frischen Luft zu verbringen. Das klingt einfach, aber irgendwie macht man das im Alltag kaum. Schade eigentlich, sollte man öfter machen.

Nothing - it was so great, to let the TV turned off, not constantly looking at ones smartphone, spending more time on the outside. It sounds so simple, but somehow one doesn't to this in the everyday life. What a pity, one should do this more often.

Julien Bams zweiten Teil von Eine Frage der Perspektive - seine Videos sind einfach so gut. Das ist zwar kein Geheimtipp, aber immer wieder aufs Neue faszinierend, wie talentiert ein Mensch sein kann. Und wie sympathisch im selben Moment. Außerdem - ganz neu entdeckt - den Instagramaccount von Sandrine (@frenchyogagirl) und die Kolumne von Ricci über die Reaktionen anderer Leute, wenn man sagt, man trinkt keinen Alkohol.

Julien Bam's second part of "Eine Frage der Perspektive" - his videos are so great. This isn't a secret, but fascinating again and again, especially how talented one person can be. And how likable in the same moment. Above all - new discovered - the Instagram account of Sandrine (@frenchyogagirl) and the column by Ricci about the reactions if one is saying, one doesn't drink any alcohol.
