OUTFIT | A hint of colour in Wilhelmshaven

Ich bin ein rastloser Mensch, ich kann kaum eine Minute stillsitzen – es sei denn, es kommt Essen ins Spiel, oder ein gutes Buch – ich bin einfach noch nicht angekommen im Leben. Das ist auch gut so, ich bin erst 21, ich will die Welt sehen. Aber wenn ich am Meer bin, bin ich angekommen. Für dieses Gefühl liebe ich das Meer, für dieses Gefühl, wenn man am Strand steht, und der große blaue Ozean und der weite Himmel alles ist, was man sieht. Dieses Gefühl, frei atmen zu können.

In der Überschrift steht „A hint of colour“ – und das für eine der meiner Meinung nach nervigsten Farben: Olivgrün, auch khaki genannt. Ich hasse diese Farbe, weil sie einfach jedes, jedes verdammte Jahr im Herbst als „Trendfarbe“ betitelt wird. Ich meine, was soll das? Ergo: Nerv-Farbe. Trotzdem ist Olivgrün ein toller Ton für Parkas, und einen Herbst/Winter ohne Parka – kaum vorstellbar, jede zweite Jugendliche hat einen solchen Parka an, wirklich lustig zu beobachten. In Wilhelmshaven, bei der Kälte war er wirklich ein Segen.

Und so bekommt ihr an mir auch ein bisschen Farbe an mir zu sehen. Kann passieren.

I’m a restless person, it’s really hard for me doing nothing for a minute – except food or a good book is involved – I’m simply not arrived in life. But that’s okay, I’m just 21, I want to see the world. But when I’m at the sea, I’ve arrived. For this feeling, I love the sea, for this feeling, if you’re standing at the beach, and the great ocean and the wide sky is everything you can see. This feeling of being able to breathe freely.

There’s a “hint of colour” in the title – and that’s for one of the most annoying colours ever, in my view: olive green, also called khaki. I really hate this colour, because it’s each, really every single year an aw2015 “trend colour”. I’m just: WHY? So: It’s an annoying colour. Nevertheless olive green is great colour for a parka, and what would the cold seasons be without a parka? Definitely not the same, most of the girls out there are wearing a parka, it’s really funny to see. In Wilhelmshaven it was really cold and windy, so I was glad to have this olive green parka.

And that’s the story how it’s possible that you can see a hint of colour in one of my outfits. Can happen.
